SEGA is celebrating the upcoming release of Yakuza 0: Director’s Cut for Nintendo Switch 2 with a unique piece of merchandise that’s sure to excite longtime fans of the franchise.
In Japan, the publisher has announced a line of fabric tattoo sleeves inspired by the iconic body art of key characters from the Yakuza series. The sleeves faithfully replicate the intricate tattoo designs seen on protagonists such as Kazuma Kiryu, Goro Majima, Ichiban Kasuga, Daigo Dojima, and Taiga Saejima. Priced at approximately $11 USD per set, the sleeves are scheduled to ship in July 2025.
Yakuza 0: Director’s Cut is described as the definitive edition of the series’ acclaimed origin story, enhanced for Nintendo’s next-generation console. Set in the vibrant and dangerous streets of 1988 Japan, the title includes updated features and improvements, making it an ideal entry point for new players. The game launches globally on June 5, 2025.
