Stephanie McMahon has always been one of the most recognizable names in WWE, but at one point, she considered making her loyalty to the brand quite literally permanent — with a tattoo.
Speaking on a recent episode of her What’s Your Story? podcast, the former WWE executive revealed she once had plans to get the iconic WWF logo inked on her body during her younger years.
“When I was younger, I wanted a tattoo and I was going to get the WWF logo,” McMahon said. “Thank God I didn’t do that. I’d be like a walking billboard if I had all the different logos that have evolved over time. I’m tatted on the inside.”
While the idea of sporting a company logo faded with time, the thought of getting a tattoo never fully disappeared. McMahon shared that during the COVID-19 pandemic, she considered getting a tattoo to honor her three daughters. But health concerns ultimately changed her mind.
“I thought about it seriously,” she explained. “Something to symbolize my daughters. But I was nervous about how my body might react to the ink.”
Though she remains tattoo-free, McMahon’s symbolic connection to WWE runs deep. As the daughter of Vince McMahon and a driving force behind WWE’s corporate and creative evolution, her commitment to the brand is undeniable — ink or no ink.
While superstars like CM Punk and The Rock have become known for their signature tattoos — from the Pepsi logo to the Brahma Bull — McMahon prefers to keep her connection to the squared circle more figurative than physical.
“I may not have any ink, but WWE is in my blood,” she said.
