The drama between the Beckham family has taken an interesting turn, with Brooklyn Beckham seemingly altering tattoos that were once dedicated to his mother, Victoria. In an interview with Glamour in April, Brooklyn posed shirtless, and keen-eyed observers noticed that his “mama’s boy” tattoo, once prominently dedicated to his mom, now appeared surrounded by flowers, which some speculate may resemble the bouquet from his wife Nicola Peltz’s wedding.
Additionally, a tattoo on his shoulder that reads “Mum,” first debuted in 2018, also appears to have been altered. Originally designed with a heart and flower combo, the tattoo now seems to feature a snake going through it. The change in the tattoos coincides with growing tensions within the Beckham family, which have been widely reported in the press.
The roots of the family feud reportedly date back to Brooklyn’s wedding to Nicola Peltz in April 2022, when rumors surfaced of a rift between Peltz and Victoria Beckham. Reports claimed that tensions arose when Peltz didn’t wear one of Victoria’s designs to the wedding, sparking a series of disagreements. However, the family tried to put the drama behind them, with Brooklyn and his mom sharing happy moments and posing together at events.
Fast forward to 2025, and things seem to have taken a more distant turn. Brooklyn and Nicola were noticeably absent from David Beckham’s star-studded 50th birthday celebration. According to sources, the couple reportedly asked for “special treatment,” preferring a separate meeting with David rather than attending the main party.
While the specifics of the drama remain unclear, the altered tattoos add another layer to the ongoing speculation about the Beckham family’s relationship dynamics.
