The Toronto Tattoo Show, known as NIX, will celebrate its 25th anniversary this summer with a landmark event at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from June 13 to 15, 2025. As Canada’s longest-running international tattoo convention, NIX continues to be a premier gathering for artists, collectors, and enthusiasts, offering three days of tattoo culture, art, and innovation.
The public event will feature over 500 tattoo artists from Canada and around the world, providing opportunities for both walk-in appointments and pre-booked sessions. Beyond tattooing, the convention will showcase art exhibits, live performances, and competitive showcases throughout the weekend.
Global Talent Takes Center Stage
This milestone edition of NIX promises an exceptional lineup of renowned artists. Highlights include Ink Master Season 16 winner James Tex and his son, runner-up Anthony Tex; tattoo pioneer Brian Everett; hyperrealism specialist Heng Yue from China; and internationally acclaimed Italian artist Andrea Afferni. Attendees will witness live tattoo demonstrations, participate in flash contests, and explore the latest techniques and design trends shaping the industry.
More Than Tattoos: A Cultural Experience
In addition to live tattooing, the convention floor will host curated art installations, vendor booths featuring specialized apparel and equipment, and interactive workshops. Industry seminars and cultural exhibitions will explore the intersection of tattoo art with community identity, reflecting Toronto’s status as a global hub of diversity and creativity.
“We are proud to celebrate a quarter-century of artistic excellence and community at NIX,” said Dan Allaston, Show Organizer. “Canada’s oldest tattoo convention remains strong in its 25th edition, showcasing the best national and international talent while creating an immersive experience that honors both the history and future of tattooing.”
